Blooms every year in early summer and continues to rebloom until frost. Deadheading is not necessary. This is an easy care, low maintenance plant that will give you months of enjoyment each summer. Plant in average soil that drains well. For pruning, cut entire plant back by one-third its total height each spring – just as new growth starts to appear. Flower color is not affected by soil ph. Native to North America. Hardy in zones 4 – 8 (-30°F/-34.4°C)
